Mr. E Ahammed M.P inaugurated the Internet facility set up with assistance
from the M.P fund.
The Exhibition stall put up by the college featuring the ‘Dying Chaliyar’
was declared the best in the SOEX exhibition, conducted by S.O High School,
Areacode.
Habeebu Rahman K.V was selected to the Senior District Football team.
Mr. Mohammedali Palliyali, Lecturer, Department of Physical Education, was
selected as the Coach and Manager of the Senior District Football team.
Computer Training Course for rural womenfolk of the locality under the People

The magazine PADAVU was adjudged the third best in the state by the Mass
Media and Research Centre, Trivandrum
The magazine PADAVU got the Basheer Special Award instituted by the Bankmen’s
Club, Calicut. ·
An Eye-Tooth medical camp was conducted in the college. More than 2000 patients
turned up for treatment ·
Dr. K. K. N Kurup, Vice Chancellor, University of Calicut, inaugurated the
Bamboo for River Protection Programme by planting one of the two thousand
saplings. ·
The student volunteers of the CSS and NSS undertook a two-week long cleaning
work of the Government Hospital of the locality. ·
