Application for admission in the prescribed form which can be had from the
college office on payment of Rs 30/-(Rs 50/- for self financing courses) should be
submitted to the principal on or before the fifteenth day of the publication
of the result of the qualifying examination
Details of additional languages chosen and preference of subjects(first, second
or third) are to be clearly and carefully entered.
Only those applications made in the prescribed form and submitted within the prescribed date will be considered valid.
The name and address of the applicant is to be written correctly on the
interview card and acknowledgment card. The
application will be acknowledged by
post if the card is sufficiently stamped
List of candidates selected for admission will be displayed on the notice board. Candidates are directed to consult the same and
and appear for the interview at the scheduled time
The college will not be responsible for the late receipt or non receipt of interview cards and represnetations on such grounds will
not be entertained.
Issue of interview cards and notification of provisional selection list does not guarantee admission.
Admission will be confirmed only after interview and verification of certificates.
The candidate selected provisionally for admission are to produce the following documents at the time of interview
1. SSLC book or equivalent Certificate
2. Marklist of the qualifying examination
3. Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended
4. Conduct Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
5. Three copies of the passport size photograph.
6. Interview card
7. Income certificate in duplicate in the prescribed form and community and nativity certificates( If eligible for fee concession)
8. Below poverty line certificate( Fee eligible FC candidates only)
